  • Consume 1-2 servings 2-3 hours prior to exercise.

Complete loading protocol

Load up for when it really matters! Follow this strategy in the lead up to critical events.

 

 

 

 

  • Consume 1-2 servings daily for 1-3 days prior to an event.
  • On the day of the event consume 1-2 servings 2-3 hours prior to the start time.
